~Once in a Blue Moon....

Once in a Blue Moon ... is a common way of metaphorically saying not very often, but what exactly is a ..."Blue Moon"? It's actually a name given to an irregularly timed full moon.

This hand-forged (by my husband Steve) bangle bracelet was created from 10 gauge sterling silver. Lightly hammered for texture and to work harden. Then tumbled for extra strength. Lastly, it was hand finished by me-- oxidized and polished with fine wool to remove some of the oxidization and then hand polished.

We've added a handcrafted peace symbol and heart charms along with a super quality Kyanite gemstone.
