All orders are shipped within two to three days of processing.  Please allow 5 to 7 days for personal checks.  All orders will be shipped U.S. Postal Service "Priority Mail" within the U.S

International Shipping

Global Priority or Air Letter Post shipping is used outside the U.S.      If you prefer a different method of shipping (outside U.S. orders), just leave a note in the comments section & I will try to accomodate you.

Similar Design Orders:

We are no longer able to do custom design work.  However, We may be able to create a similar design from a piece that is in the "SOLD GALLERY".   If you have an idea in mind that is similar to a past piece just e-mail us with your thoughts:  CathyDailey@rtejewelry.com.

Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase.  You may RETURN or EXCHANGE it within 30 days of purchase.  Shipping fees are not refundable-- However, no shipping fee will be charged the item/s exchanged for.

If for any reason your piece of jewelry breaks; I will do repairs at no charge.  However, If any stones or metals need to be replaced, there would be a nominal fee.
